Pregnancy Pilates Classes - Book 6 Sessions

Pregnancy pilates classes involve a 45min session of "mindful" exercise, often utilising a fitball, followed by a 15min relaxation session, to end the class. Exercises include a focus on posture, preparation for childbirth, and strengthening muscles which tend to stretch and weaken during pregnancy, and which you will rely on significantly after the birth of your baby.

Pregnancy pilates classes run in 6 week blocks and you will need to attend an initial 30min assessment with the women's health physio prior to starting your first block.
